Regional Technology Management System (TMS) Implementation Lead

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Regional TMS Implementation Lead, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
This position will be a member of the team responsible for leading the global deployment of 3M’s new Treasury Management System (TMS) utilizing Kyriba’s Enterprise solution.
Here, you will make an impact by:
- Partner with key stakeholders within your assigned region to define and document global strategy and business requirements for target state treasury technology processes
- Play an active role in the configuration and testing of end-to-end processes
- Timely identification and escalation of observed risks and/or issues to Treasury leadership
- Identify opportunities for process optimization or enhancements
- Determine interim solutions for approved exceptions resulting from local or regulatory requirements
- Assist with work force readiness including detailed process documentation, configuration exceptions & training for end users
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- Moderate experience working within Treasury organizations participating in large projects and/or system implementations
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include experience in some but not all of the following:
- The design and implementation of TMS deployments (ideally with Kyriba but other major vendors are relevant as well) and integration with SAP ERP
- Working cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of one or multiple of the following Treasury areas:
- Cash Management (cash positioning, daily cash operations, etc)
- FX Hedging
- Debt / Investments
- In-House Banking & Intercompany Settlements
- Payments (pay-on-behalf-of, receive or collect-on-behalf-of)
- Connectivity (API, SWIFT, etc)
- Treasury Accounting
- Proven ability to work both independently and be a change maker throughout the organization
Travel: May include up to 10%
