We are currently seeking an experienced, innovative and caring nurse that is committed to excellence to join the Spring Gardens Assisted Living team in Holladay, Ut. Spring Gardens Assisted Living is a premiere senior community that is owned and operated by Avista Senior Living. The Registered Nurse will oversee all aspects of resident care and clinical team.

What support can I expect in order to do my job well?

As the nurse, you are the leader and organizer of healthcare services at one location, while having the infrastructure you need from a respected company. If nursing is your foundation, then Avista Senior Living team wants to be your support beams. We offer a Regional support team and frequent opportunities for continuing education. We use PointClickCare for patient charting, which is a robust and state of the art electronic medical records software.

What qualifications must I have?

The ideal candidate is an licensed registered nurse and has a passion for working with seniors and a desire to lead a team of caregivers in providing the best possible care for seniors. . Ideal candidate has expert level of organization and team building skills. We hope to find a candidate that is knowledgeable in integrative medicine and a passion for whole wellness to truly improve resident quality of care.
