Clinical Research RN – 5x8s – Mon-Fri: 8am-5:00pm

***TEMP TO HIRE OPPORTUNITY***

The Research Nurse is responsible for developing, coordinating, promoting and maintaining Research Protocols at Good Samaritan Hospital. Responsibility also includes supervising and maintaining the data management for all Protocol studies. Assists in the clinical care of the patient under the direction of the Medical Director and/or the Primary Investigator of the respective studies.

SPECIFIC SKILLS NEEDED

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Critical thinking skills
• Problem solving skills
• Computer skills

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING

Required:

• NIH HSP Training
• Current California RN License
• LA City Fire Card within 6 months of employment (PHGSH only)
• ACLS/BCLS from American Heart Association
• 3-Year experience in Acute Care Nursing
• 2-Year in Research Specialty

Preferred:

• BS in Nursing
• Charge Nurse Experience

Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19!

All RTO must be on the initial submittal. Please ensure that RTO request is inclusive of all time off needed for the entire length of contract.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $69.00 per hour
