MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

A. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:

Graduate of accredited nursing program

Hawaii RN license (active/current)

Current certification as an RN first assistant (CFA), surgical assistant (CSA), or assistant in surgery by one of the following:

o National Board of Surgical Technology and Assisting (NBSTSA)

o National Surgical Assistant Association (NSAA)

o American Board of Surgical Assistants (ABSA)

o National Assistant at Surgery Council (NASC)

• Current certification in Basic Life Support at the Healthcare Professional Level.

B. EXPERIENCE:

• Two (2) or more years experience as RN First Assistant prior to any travel assignments

Two (2) or more years experience as an Operating Room RN (circulate and scrub)

*Kidney, Liver or transplant experience highly preferred

*Level 1 trauma experience highly preferred

*Experience in similar sized/type medical center: 500+ beds, Level 1 trauma, quarternary hospital, etc.

ALL TRAVELERS ARE REQUIRED TO SHOW PROOF OF COMPLETED COVID VACCINATIONS

Job Types: Travel nursing, Contract

Salary: $70.00 - $110.00 per hour

• Operating room

Standard shift:

• Day shift
• Evening shift

Supplemental schedule:

• Overtime

Weekly schedule:

• 5x8
• Monday to Friday
