Registered Nurse - Home Health

13 - 26 Week Contract

5/01/2023 - Anticipated Start Date

Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)

Must have home health experience and proficient with OASIS
Wounds/wound vac, PICC line care, ostomy care,, IV experience

Shift with any weekend coverage noted: M-F, 8am- 5pm, 40 hours per week
Contract length: 26 weeks
Required Certifications: TN RN or compact license in good standing, BLS
Years of Experience: 1 year RN Home Health experience and Oasis charting required.

COVID Vaccines: Are exemptions accepted: Y/N __Yes but have to be approved

Pay: $55.00 per hour
