We are seeking a Registered Nurse for our Samaritan Healthcare community in sunny, Moses Lake, Washington! As a Registered Nurse, you will provide professional, comprehensive nursing care for patients working closely with patients, physicians, and clinicians to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes. From EPIC implementation to the design of the new hospital, at Samaritan, we are committed to providing and living out our values within our work environment and while providing the best care to our patients. Nurses with less than one year of experience will be eligible for our residency program. This is a full time Role.

You may qualify for the position based on the following:

• Current Washington State RN Licensure. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, BLS, CEN preferred

• Minimum of one of RN experience required in acute care and/or emergency medicine preferred.

• Ability to perform the primary functions of a Registered Nurse in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of all assigned patients.

• Critical thinking skills, independent problem solving, crisis management skills and ability to provide care for patients across the age continuum.

• HCP (Healthcare Provider) Level of BLS (Basic Life Support) within 30 days of hire – AHA or equivalent.

Emergency Department RN Preferred Qualifications & Competencies:

• Moderate sedation training to be completed within 12 months of hire and annually thereafter.

• Emergency Department-CEN certification preferred.

• This position reports to the Charge Nurse, Department Director, and other designated supervisory staff on duty

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
