Registered Nurse RN Med/Surg Nights
$15,000 Sign On Bonus with 2 year Commitment
(First half paid on first paycheck and second half paid on 1 year anniversary)

What We Are Looking For
Lake Granbury Medical Center’s Med/Surg Department is now hiring a Full-Time Nights Registered Nurse RN to work in our thriving 73 bed acute care hospital. The 17 bed unit focuses on Cardiac, Renal, and Neuro patients which encompasses complex patients that are both chronic and acute, and often with comorbidities. Nurses may be assisting with hemodialysis in our hemodialysis until on the same floor or taking post cardiac catheterization patients. Our Registered Nurses integrate standards of care into our daily practice that includes: commitment, effective communication, customer service, responsiveness, sense of ownership and positive attitudes.

What You Will Do
Job Duties:

• Deliver care to patients utilizing nursing process
• Assessing and planning care of your patients
• Intervenes as appropriate and evaluates interventions
• Implements safety/infection control measures
• Continuously educates patient and families
• Maintains continuity of care with all departments

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in Nursing
• Certified as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas
• One year experience as clinical nurse, or completion of an RN residency program
• BCLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• NIHSS
• CPI training or within 6 months of hire

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Previous Cardiac, Renal, Neuro, and/or telemetry experience

Working Hours:

• 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. self-scheduling unit
