Hilltop Village Nursing & Rehabilitation is currently searching for a talented Rehabilitation Technician to join our team!

The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the highest quality of resident care available, support staff and establish a positive reputation in the community while delivering on the Eduro HealthCare Values of wellness, compassion, customer experience and company results.

Rehab Technician Job Responsibilities
- Assist the therapy team with patient care and other needs as assigned.
- Help Residents through their tasks and monitor their performance.
- Maintain Resident confidence and protect facility operations by keeping information confidential.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by protecting Residents and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
- Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
- Contribute to inter-disciplinary team efforts in resident care.

Rehab Technician Requirements
- Previous Experience as a Rehab tech
- Certified Nursing Assistant or relevant experience
- Experience working with geriatric patients is a plus!
