Who we are looking for
We are currently seeking a full-time Relationship Manager to join our team, with an immediate start date. The ideal candidate will possess both software development project leadership experience and strong client relationship skills. The successful candidate will be capable of cultivating meaningful client relationships, managing project expectations, and seeking opportunities to expand client accounts.
In the role of a consultant, the candidate will be required to undertake diverse responsibilities and play a versatile role. They will function as a vital point of contact between our clients and the internal project teams, demonstrating a range of skills and competencies.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Join late-stage business development meetings to function as a bridge resource between the business development and project teams
- Build strong and long-lasting client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Work with the business development team to help grow existing client accounts
- Understand client objectives and priorities to ensure project success
- Provide strategic oversight for projects, ensuring successful delivery within budget and on schedule
- Conduct weekly meetings with the designated team lead to discuss project metrics, client feedback, and team member concerns
- Ensure effective program / account / project management is executed
- Communicate with internal, client, and third-party stakeholders in a professional and proactive manner
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, supporting team members and addressing any issues or concerns as needed.

- Ability to create, maintain and grow client relationships
- Proven track record of employing strategic oversight across projects
- Experience leading software projects and development teams
- Superb communication skills - Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Be able to create long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
- Management skills; ability to motivate, engage and mentor project team members
- Maintain a positive attitude through stressful situations
- Loves technology and is passionate about the field

Other Information
The work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, depending on workload, with the occasional late night when a tight deadline calls for it. We work for security-conscious clients; thus, background checks will be required. Salary Dependent upon experience.
