What will a day in this position look like?

As a Relationship Manager you will lead, coach, and mentor a team of front-line member service representatives maintaining a highly motivated and well-trained team. You will manage the front daily operations while demonstrating a positive customer service focus. You will educate members on the various products or services offered by the credit union. You will also initiate and implement programs to promote products/services to better serve and grow the credit union’s membership. There will be daily administrative tasks as a part of the daily operations. If you enjoy working directly with people in a fast-paced environment this is the job for you!
