You will be working in a fast passed and exciting professional corporate environment selling and originating Consumer Lending and Financial products while providing sound financial advice based on a full understanding of the needs of our customers. Ina addition you will work cooperatively with other channels throughout the organization as you will sell or refer the full spectrum of banking products and services Huntington has to offer. We are looking for candidates with the natural ability to self-monitor, stay on task, execute, and follow a structured regimen with little supervision. Detailed Description
- As a RSS you would perform outbound phone sales to customers who have existing Huntington relationships with a strong focus on Consumer Loan origination
- Focus on building and expanding existing customer relationships through proactive sales approach and referrals of all Huntington products and services
- Use lead management system to place outbound calls to discover needs of customers, explain features and benefits of financial products and services, and originate Huntington products and services
- Average 60+ contact attempts daily through lead management system
- Demonstrate high energy, motivation, and ability to consistently meet specific production goals
- Utilize multiple systems to originate consumer lending products and financial products
- Maintain up to date knowledge of products, services, technology, and regulations
- Job duties will include supporting the overall CSC and Huntington enterprise initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of financial sales experience
- High School diploma
- Must have a disciplined approach to time management
- Comfortable with or enjoy outbound calling approach
- Must possess excellent written and oral communication
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years home lending origination experience – sales, retail banking, and/or consumer lending processing highly preferred
- Outbound calling experience preferred
- Related experience in financial products sales
