If you are wanting to make a change from an in-house position as an Assistant with a brokerage firm or with a Financial Advisor, and are ready to determine your own schedule and who you work with - we are the perfect fit for you! If you want to be an independent contractor with the flexibility that comes with it - we are the perfect fit for you as well.

We place experienced, Financial Advisor Assistants with Financial Advisors all over the country - remotely. We have relationships with very large financial practices and financial advisors who have decided they love our flexible services and various packages.

We will place you with as many advisors to bring you to your capacity of 40 hours a week if that is what you desire!

SKILLS

Candidate will have 3 or more years experience working as an assistant to a financial advisor with a brokerage firm and/or an RIA.

Plus to have Fidelity/Wealthscape, Schwab or LPL experience.

Attention to detail, organizational skills - opening new accounts, ACAT transfers, notifications, pull Client reports

Redtail, Wealthbox , or Salesforce or CRM experience

Work from home as a 1099 independent contractor.

Set your hours and flexible schedule.

Plus if you have experience with LPL, Fidelity, TD Ameritrade, or Schwab

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
