Lingo Staffing is hiring a REMOTE HR Technology Analyst in Auburn, ME
HR Technology Analyst collaborates in the planning, design, development and implementation of Human Resources Service Center (HRSC) HRIS systems and provides functional support. Analyzes and resolves system issues, implements and tests changes and provides documentation. Analyzes life cycle of business processes to conduct ongoing review of quality assurance and cost effectiveness to the organization. Provides support to HR Service Center to improve processes, maximize efficiency, facilitate change and support new HR Service Center initiatives.
PAY: $33.41 - 52.50
SHIFT: Monday - Friday, 40 hours/wk
Requirements:
Oracle EBS HR Functional Module Expertise – Core HR, Compensation workbench, Security roles
- Strong understanding of the software development process, including design
- Requirements gathering
- Analysis, deployment, testing methodologies, training
- Change management and production support
