This position is remote for the time being however if interested in relocating to where head quarters are located in Denver, Colorado we will assist you in relocation and provide you with housing that will be taken care of by the company. This will be offered after 90 day contract or option to stay remote and work with us full time. and based on performance and growth the company.

Preparing travel accommodations is already stressful enough, even without smoking restrictions. That’s where we come in.

In 2019, our founder and his team started building a solution where cannabis lovers could always be sure that their lifestyle was supported, with no anxiety involved. As a real estate mogul and an avid cannabis user himself, he created 420 Stays, a 420 friendly co-lodging solution.

As the brand grew, we realized that cannabis lodging is an opportunity for one of a kind adventures rather than just a place to stay. We have evolved into a company that offers “elevated” experiences in tandem with our lodging; our guests can enjoy dispensary tours, cannabis classes and activities, visits from a personal chef, complimentary munchies, and more.

420 Stays is currently expanding to offer lodging in all 19 recreational states, as well as in medically legal states for guests with a valid medical ID card. Our travel department is searching for a friendly and professional travel agent to join our team. As our travel agent, you should be passionate about seeing the world and helping others do the same. This role involves planning holidays, suggesting travel destinations, maintaining client files, and managing large-scale events.

In this position, your ultimate goal will be to keep our clients satisfied and loyal for future services. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with in-depth knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations. To succeed in this role, you should also possess outstanding negotiation and sales skills.

Responsibilities:

• Plan details for travel including transportation, accommodation, and airlines.
• Work with clients to determine their traveling needs.
• Guide clients on the appropriate styles of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
• Manage large-scale events including conferences and retreats.
• Book transportation and hotel reservations on behalf of clients.
• Collect payments and pay fees.
• Resolve travel issues, complaints, and refunds.
• Meet sales targets and profit goals.
• Maintain client information and financial records.
• Ensure you stay up-to-date with tourism trends by attending travel seminars.
