JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for managing Branch rental fleet through equipment allocations, training of Branch Rental/Customer Property Coordinators, conducting inventory and utilization monitoring of rental and customer property items.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

  • Practice safe work habits and comply with all quality, safety, health and environmental policies, procedures, programs and regulations.
  • Train rental/customer property coordinators at the branch level.
  • Monitor contracts for accuracy of pricing and equipment.
  • Oversee repair: ensure timely completion and adequate repair part inventory.
  • Develop / refine rental processes and ensure branch compliance.
  • Participate in branch inventory counts (both annual and cycle).
  • Liaise between rental and inside sales functions.
  • Monitor reports for utilization and payback.
  • Manage assets movements, deployment and disposals.
  • Manage Branch GPS tracking: asset tagging and GeoForce registration.
  • Forecast equipment requirements.
  • All other duties as required and/or assigned.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Forklift certification and LMS training.

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES: Wellhead and Gate Valve Knowledge, Assembly Skills, Highly Advanced and Specialized Computer Skills, Advanced Language Skills, Advanced Mathematical Skills and Highly Advanced Reasoning Ability.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise Rental/Customer Property Coordinators.

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
