9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday-Friday; in-state day travel may be required.
Job Summary
This position is in direct support of the HEALing Communities Study (HCS). This portion of the study will collect data from people who use drugs in several communities.
Duties of the Research Coordinator include recruiting participants, collecting survey data, conducting qualitative interviews, locating participants for follow-up data collection, and adhering to study protocols. In addition, the position will require collecting saliva samples and behavioral data.
The successful candidate will also be expected to coordinate daily operations, serve as a liaison, monitor the study tracking system, prepare reports, and perform other duties as assigned.
This position requires strong interpersonal skills for establishing rapport with participants and developing a partnership with the research team, community-based partners, staff, and administration. With this position, there may be some in-state day travel and possible evening hours.
This is a one (1) year grant funded position.
This position is located in Louisville, KY.
