Our Weight Management practice is seeking an individual to work under the direction of the Weight Management Program (WMP) Medical Director to advance research efforts. Will participate in the design, administration and monitoring of WMP department research projects; collect, analyze and evaluate clinical data; maintain department databases; ensure compliance with protocol and overall clinical objections; assist in obtaining grant funding and drafting manuscripts.

REQUIREMENTS:

MD, medical degree required; MD license in Massachusetts preferred; a minimum of 18-month commitment in this position; must have experience in grant writing, in identifying grant opportunities for funding, drafting manuscripts for publication, knowledge in medical statistics, PowerPoint, Excel, experience in working with IRB, data collection and data entry; previous application of the above skills in the medical field strongly preferred; experience in surgery and experience in the obesity field a plus
