The Reservations Administrator role is a great opportunity to join our team. A Four Day Working Week, assisting and supporting the team taking reservations calls and email enquiries to the hotel for bedroom bookings.

This role will involve delivering a high level of customer service, great attention to detail and working as part of a team.

We are looking for an ambitious, energetic & guest focused individual to join us.

Main Responsibilities;

Answering inbound calls for Hotel Bedroom Reservations

Responsible for inputting Hotel Bookings onto the hotel’s various systems

Responding to email enquiries about hotel facilities and hotel availability in a timely manner

Daily Administration Tasks

Proactively sell hotel bedrooms, ensuring the opportunity to achieve secondary spend
