Bachelor’s Degree. Effective interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of counseling practices. Administrative ability and supervisory skills. Ability to work with, manage and train large groups.

Master’s Degree in Student Personnel or related field preferred. Ability to work with a diverse population. Knowledge of and commitment to maintaining a student development focus in their building.
Salary Information
Salary is complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, retirement, tuition, and paid time off. Starting salary for this 10-month position is $33,000.
