This part-time caregiver schedule includes;
Arbor Glen is located blocks from downtown Lake Elmo Minnesota, conveniently north of Hwy 94 and in between the cities of North St. Paul and Stillwater. As one of our newer senior living communities featuring independent, assisted living and memory care apartments. Responsibilities/Job Description:
- Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and hourly wages ranging from $20.90 - 26.81 / hour . Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.
We are looking for a
Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the residents’ physical and emotional well-being.
This part-time caregiver schedule includes;
- .3 FTE or 24 hours per two weeks
- Day shift
- Every other weekend rotation and rotating holiday

Responsibilities/Job Description:
- Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.
- Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.
- May perform duties that include: laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.
- Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff
- Assists with onboarding of new staff
Required Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively, with compassion and kindness for residents and coworkers while working in a team setting.
- Curiosity to work with a diverse and older population
- CNA certificated if under 18
Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:
- High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA or HHA course
