We are currently seeking an outstanding and energetic individual to join us as our Resident Engagement Director who works closely with residents and team members to develop activities that keep residents mentally, physically, and creatively engaged. You will have the opportunity to get to know each resident and find out what each person is passionate about, encouraging them to share their talents and join in the fun.

Tuscan Gardens of Palm Coast is the perfect future home for any aging adults. Our senior residents are independent, but help is available when needed. Our residents enjoy all the local activities and entertainment that Palm Coast has to offer. Our community is positioned perfectly for residents to take advantage of local events.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, calendar and coordinate all resident activities monthly, as well as special/holiday events.
• Gather information, articles, and photos for our monthly newsletter.
• Incorporate recreational activities from the community and develop close working relationships with community organizations.
• Responsible for activity-related program training for all staff.
• May be responsible for transporting residents to appointments, as well as regular and special recreational outings.
• Oversees Signature Programming Assistant.

Education Required:

• Degree/certification in recreational activities/life enrichment
• High school diploma or equivalent in education, training, and experience.

Years of Experience:

• Two (2) years working experience as leadership in activities/life enrichment with seniors
• One year direct supervisory/management experience.
