Resident Tech At Cairn Recovery Resources, we want to provide a safe and healthy living environment to assist our residents on their journey to long-term recovery. Our Resident Tech will be staffed in our recovery residence to oversee the residents throughout their stay.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

a) Holding required weekly house meetings

b) Make sure that residents are adhering to the program rules and expectations

c) Communicating to all necessary people any violations to rules and expectations

d) Turning in required weekly documentation

e) Supervising medication counts

f) Collecting specimens for drug and alcohol testing, as needed

g) Modeling a sober walk for the residents

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Be active in the recovery community

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Decision making skills

Strong oral/written communication skills

Strong boundary setting

Problem/conflict resolutions

Ability to relate to and communicate with a broad socio-economic cross-section of individuals

OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Hold and maintain an Ohio driver’s license with good driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Preferred)
