Reimagine and Lead
As National Estimating Manager, you will drive transformation and develop new paradigms for the future. You’ll oversee creation of material and labor takeoffs; manage planning and workflow; assure timely, accurate deliveries within multiple markets; and participate actively in team recruitment, development, training, and retention.

You’re a natural leader and a nimble problem-solver, easily accessible to team members and peers alike. Meticulous, ambitious and focused, you have outstanding interpersonal and communications skills. You understand residential construction methodologies, and are able to visualize real-world installations from architectural and engineering drawings. This unique blend of talents will drive your success in this role.

Qualify
Kindly bring 5+ years of experience in estimating, a BA or BS in a related field, and familiarity with software and technology. Understand the growing roles of data and analytics in the field, and how to incorporate them. Preference will be shown to candidates who offer fluency in Microsoft Excel, Planswift, BIM solutions or Simpson Pipeline.
