Residential Property Management - Leasing Assistant
Job opportunity with Beach Loop Realty in Bandon, Oregon with paid Holidays, Paid Time Off (PTO), and IRA with company match benefits! I am looking to fill a property management Leasing Assistant position in a busy and growing real estate office. We manage 70 homes in the Coos & Curry County area. Computer skills are a must - we work on a Mac desktop with multiple programs including Rent Manager, Trello & Google Workspace. You will be cross-trained in both the leasing and service coordinator positions and report to the Property Manager. You will be working alongside with top-producing real estate agents in our office and assisting with various real estate and office tasks. Lots to learn! Are you a friendly, upbeat, good communicator, have strong computer skills, and are able to multitask? Having a working, reliable car is needed as part of your duties will require you to visit properties, often on short notice. Background check and drug testing are required. We are starting this position at 35 hrs per week Monday through Friday 9:00-5:00. Apply today!

- Scheduling and Coordinating maintenance and repairs with Vendors, Landlords, and Tenants
- Answering Phones
- Bill pay
- Tenant Inspections
- Showing rental homes
- Collecting rents
- Rental inquiries
- Move-In and Move Outs
- Type Lease Agreements
- Type Deposit Accountings
- Documenting & Logging Notes in Tenant & Landlord files
- Communications with Tenants, Landlords & Vendors & Property Management Team
- Strong Computer skills preferably Mac
- Communication skills
- Great with People - warm and friendly
- Organizational skills
- Calendar and time-blocking skills
- Customer service skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
