Saturday & Sunday from 10:00am-6:00pm and Monday through Wednesday from 12:00PM-8:00PM

Drug Abuse Treatment Association (DATA) is Southeast Florida’s premier behavioral health agency serving youth and families. Our team of over 100 experienced and dedicated staff provide a full continuum of behavioral health services including outreach, prevention, intervention, Treatment Accountability for Safer Communities (TASC), outpatient, and residential treatment to communities in Palm Beach, Martin, Okeechobee, St. Lucie, and Indian River counties. In addition to our two outpatient and residential facilities in West Palm Beach and Ft. Pierce, we are also co-located in schools, Department of Juvenile Justice facilities, and with other community partners. To work as part of a residential treatment team, providing integrated services to clients with substance abuse problems, including co-occurring disorders and, as necessary, develop and coordinate community resources.

Job Responsibilities:

* Provide individual, family and group counseling to a caseload of 10-15 clients. Provide a minimum of 10 direct service hours per client weekly & a minimum of 24 direct service hours per week in total.

* Provide individual, family and group counseling using evidence-based strategies.

* Maintain frequency of contact with clients on an active caseload as defined by agency requirements.

*Provide screening, intake, crisis and emergency services as needed.

* Provide clinical coverage.

* Maintain all residential client files in accordance with agency, state, federal and CARF guidelines.

* Conduct a comprehensive, integrated strength-based assessment of the client's supports and needs related to co-occurring conditions that evaluates stages of change and ASAM level of care

*Develop an integrated, progressive treatment plan.

* Review treatment plans.

* The salary for this position is calculated based on 48 hours pay week. Any time over 48 hours per week must be pre-approved in writing by your Director and the COO.

* This is NOT a "live on" site position.
