Resort Manager – West Maui

Are you ready to grow your dream career and become part of our Ohana? We’re a 75 unit vacation rental property looking for a Resort Manager to join our team.

As our Resort Manager your overall responsibility is to supervise and oversee all aspects of our LLC partnership rental operation - sales & marketing, maintenance, housekeeping, front desk, reservations and accounting.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

*Managing a staff of 15-20 employees that provide housekeeping, guest check-in/checkout, interior unit maintenance and repairs. Communicate closely with the Resident Manager (AOAO) to ensure seamless operation.

*Review all financial reports prepared by the CPA and tax accountant.

*Oversee the sales and marketing efforts in conjunction with the marketing director.

*Communicate closely with all owners in our rental partnership.

*Coordinate and attend both annual meetings and Executive Committee meeting.

*This is a full time position with competitive salary and benefits. The Resort Manager reports directly to the LLC Committee President.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Hotel management: 3 years (Preferred)
• Hospitality: 3 years (Preferred)
