SUMMARY
The Sr. Resource Specialist is responsible for executing Competitive Market Assessment (CMA) and RFP Process for capital purchases. Managing and renewing contracts, facilitating standardization and consolidation processes, executing business strategies and performing utilization analysis under the direction of the Supply Chain Administrator.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required, or equivalent experience
• A minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience with contract analysis and negotiation, operational and financial analysis, purchasing or related business field is required
• Additional experience in Healthcare Materials Management preferred
• Must be able to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously, and possess strong communications and public relation skills
• Proven leadership and technical skills are required
• Computer skills including proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect and correlate information and data
• Excellent team, leadership, project management and interpersonal skills
• Utilizes effective communication to provide excellent customer service
• Demonstrates effective communications.
• Three (3) to Five (5) years of Request for Proposal Experience (RFP), contracting experience; to include contract analysis, negotiation and Team facilitation
• Experience in Healthcare Materials Management to include Purchasing and Contracting.
• Experience with Excel, Access, Microsoft Word.
• Experience in facilitating a competitive bid process with Senior Executives and Directors.
