VITUS Search Group has partnered with a nationwide Healthcare organization in search for a Respiratory Therapist Manager in Miles City, MT area

Full Time. Full Benefits. UP to 70k, Plus Bonus. Based on experience

Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm.

Ideal candidate would have at least 4yrs of Respiratory Therapist experience. Someone who is seeking to step away from direct patient care and into management role, someone serious about their career and the further development of it for this organization cares about their employees and wants them to be there very best!

JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for the day-to-day management of company operations. Maintains a customer service team including customer service representatives, delivery technicians, Respiratory therapists/clinicians whose goal is to enhance customer service
• Maintains a complete listing of all current respiratory patients.
• Ensures that all required documentation are procured in a timely and efficient manner
• Runs morning meetings and reviews action items from meetings on a regular basis

RESPIRATORY THERAPIST EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Completion of an accredited program/degree in Respiratory Therapy
• Must be licensed in Respiratory Therapy in Montana
• Must possess a current driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
