From our humble beginnings as a mobile coffee truck on the streets of San Diego in 2013, Perky Beans Coffee has grown up and laid down roots in Leander, Texas. We are family-owned and operated, and since 2021, we've offered two concepts under one roof. Perky Beans Coffee is our complete coffeehouse with a drive-thru, offering a variety of delicious beverages as well as quick bites. Located right next door is PB Cafe, where our customers can sit down and order all the breakfast classics as well as items from our tasty lunch menu.

YOUR LIFE AS A RESTAURANT GREETER - HOSTESS - HOST

This part-time position in the food service industry has a flexible schedule and works between our business hours of 7:30 am – 8:30 pm, 7 days a week.

As a Restaurant Greeter - Hostess - Host, you make a great first impression on our customers as they walk through the door. You warmly greet guests and lead them to their tables. Our guests appreciate your friendly demeanor as you ensure they're seated comfortably and supply them with menus. As a popular local restaurant, we're often busy, and your organizational skills make you the perfect person to manage our waitlist. You competently estimate wait times, take down names, and keep guests updated. You also hand off online orders when customers arrive to pick them up.

As an enthusiastic team player, you want to do everything you can to provide excellent customer service and facilitate a positive experience for our guests. Sometimes you'll jump in and bus tables so guests can be seated more quickly. You also make sure stations are kept properly stocked, and that the restaurant is clean and presentable. You're happy to lend a hand with opening or closing duties when needed. You enjoy being part of a tight-knit team, and you love putting smiles on the faces of our guests each day!

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR RESTAURANT GREETER - HOSTESS - HOST

• 18+ years of age
• Customer service experience
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing throughout the shift, bending, climbing, moving quickly, and lifting up to 25 pounds
