We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team and assist in the day-to-day operations of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing inventory. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to think quickly on their feet. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate staff to ensure performance goals are met.
• Ensure that all customer service standards are met.
• Manage daily operations, including scheduling, ordering, and inventory control.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and reduce costs.
• Train and coach staff on customer service techniques.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
