Overview
The Beyond the Restaurant (BTR) Coordinator oversees the execution of Glenwood Place catering sales goals by protecting the catering guest experience, coordinating catering prep and payments, and supports the CFA Delivery business. The BTR Coordinator also maintains and forges new accounts through operational excellence and relationship building.

Coordinator Responsibilities

• Owns the business of catering - including confirming orders, processing payments, prepping for orders, delivering orders as needed, etc.
• Dispatches CFA Delivery orders for delivery drivers during peak time
• Responds to the catering email inquiries within 48 hours
• Submits nightly updates for next day catering by 8pm
• Submits weekly catering inventory needs for the following week by end of shift Saturday (ex. Catering orders for the week of March 1, emailed by Sat. Feb. 27)
• Responds to catering and CFA Delivery CAREs daily
• Drives for CFA Delivery when no catering prep and not dispatching
• Fridays and Saturdays are mandatory unless absence/time-off has been properly planned for and approved by Chief Marketing Officer
• Flexible hours as needed for executing catering orders
• Other administrative tasks as needed
• Schedule as follows:
• 10:30a - 11a Catering Emails
• 11a - 2p Dispatching for CFA Delivery
• 2p - 2:30p BREAK
• 2:30p - 3:15p Catering Follow ups + Confirmations & CAREs
• 3:15p - 5:15p Catering Prep and/or CFA Delivery driving/dispatching
• 5:15p - 6p Catering Emails + Catering GroupMe Updates + OLD before you go

Requirements/Responsibilities

• Fridays and Saturdays are mandatory unless absence/time-off has been properly planned for and approved by Chief Marketing Officer
• Flexible hours as needed for executing catering orders
