Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality individual to join their team. This would be an ideal position for the right person who strives to ensure guest satisfaction at all times and who can lead a team from the front.

The ideal candidate will have managerial experience within hotels, restaurants or bars. You should have a strong understanding of customer focused organisations, ability to lead and train a team to not only meet operational standards but to succeed them. You will have strong attention to detail to ensure a smooth running of the property and have the motivation to succeed guest expectations. · Managing the smooth day to day running of the property

· Create a positive working environment for all team members.

· Always ensure customer satisfaction and product quality.

· Ensure the restaurant is set to operational standards.

· Ensure staff levels are maintained through correct rostering.

· Take responsibility for ongoing training & develop of the team.

· Demonstrate a positive and proactive approach to work.

· Attention to detail is essential.

· Create a welcoming and stylish atmosphere across the property

· Keeping up to date with new trends in both food and beverage.

Skills

The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ Supervisory experience (or equivalent) in a quality Hotel, Restaurant or Bar destination. Further key candidate attributes include:

· Excellent attention to detail.

· Good leadership and organisational skills.

· High operating standards.

· Strong understanding of business management.

· Ability to keep staff motivated.

· Able to train and lead the team to a high level of customer care.

A competitive salary will be offered in accordance with experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €35,077.20-€40,890.17 per year
