Every Crew Member and Lead at Lobster West is cross-trained (register, food prep, line cook, expo), guaranteeing a strong team always capable of assisting one another - and a dynamic day-to-day that never gets boring!

Essential Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and sanitary workplace
• Take orders in a timely manner while operating the POS system & cash register
• Promptly address customer issues & refer customers to management when necessary
• Assemble orders, ensure accuracy, & deliver to customers in a timely manner
• Prepare menu items using our tried-and-true family recipes
• Prep product for current and subsequent shifts
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly inventory
• Keep the culture positive and productive
• Work as a team to accomplish goals
• Work closely with upper management to set and implement store goals
• Train and guide as needed

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to learn quickly & work well in a fast-paced, time pressured environment
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights and/or weekends
• 2+ Year experience in hospitality (register, POS, prep/line cook, and/or expo)
• Food Handler Cert

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
