• Our company minimum for Full-Time employees is $15/hour. Actual payrate is dependent on experience.

Job Summary: The restaurant support staff will assist in providing an exceptional experience for our guests. The main focus of Restaurant Support staff is to assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all guest and kitchen areas.

Position Responsibilities:

• Wash and put away all dishes coming through the dish room
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dish room
• Bus tables in the dining room
• Take out trash and recycle cardboard as necessary
• Maintain cleanliness in the restrooms
• Assist with running food to tables and guests
• Assist in any kitchen tasks requested, including but not limited to any prep or cleaning
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Required Skills / Abilities:

• Be team oriented and work cooperatively and efficiently with teammates
• Able to learn to safely operate all kitchen equipment
• Must maintain a positive attitude and ability to give our guests warm, friendly hospitality
• Requires frequent lifting/transporting hot food items, ability to work inside kitchen area, interact with heated equipment, steam, and other at-risk conditions.
• Involves repetitive motion. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Requires work with hot, sharps and potentially other dangerous equipment.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and multitasking

Qualifications:

• Must be over 16 years of age
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must be able to kneel, squat, bend, and reach to perform necessary duties
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
