$15 - $20 hourly

• Greets all guests to make them feel welcome and serves food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu
• Prepares and presents quality products at all times
• Ensures restaurant cleanliness daily by clearing and resetting tables, returning trays to the kitchen, and servicing restrooms
• Checks table settings for proper presentation and completeness, and checks service tray stations for adequacy of supplies used for refill or replacement purposes
• Adheres to all safe food handling policies and procedures
• Complete all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing side work as instructed
• Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to answer client queries and provide recommendations
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Handle guests’ concerns and complaints professionally and calmly while always getting a manager to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to all dress code

• Outstanding time management and organizational skills
• Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
• Enjoy being in a dynamic job where no task is above or below you
• Ability to stand and walk for periods of up to six hours in length
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
