Part-Time sales assistant

Nestled in the heart of Sandymount Green Dublin 4, Cobbler's Wardrobe is a pre-loved designer fashion boutique. Since opening in 2015, we have been committed to recycling and reselling and pride ourselves on delivering high- end, high quality luxury goods, with names such as Chanel, Prada, Gucci and Jimmy Choo. Offering more than just your average shopping experience, we work predominantly on a consignment basis and cater for those looking for something that little bit different.

We are looking for a flexiable part-time sales assistant, availabe to cover mid-week and Saturday shifts.

The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of the brands that we stock, excellent organisational skills, high attention to detail and a strong focus on customer service. We are looking for a driven individual who is confident and capable of working both on a team and on their own. Computer skills are also essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the shop, including opening and closing
• Create and maintain a friendly environment for all our customers.
• Selecting good quality items that you believe will meet our standards and be attractive to our customers
• Managing stock in accordance to our guidelines
• Posting to our social media pages
• Offer styling advice and a high level of customer service
• Having a clear understanding of our policies and procedures so as to guide our customers accordingly
• Visual merchandising, changing window displays to reflect festive or seasonal themes

Requirements:

• A love for fashion and people
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Familiarity with the brands we stock
• A friendly and approachable nature
• Flexibility and reliability
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Retail experience (2 years) preferred
