Board Game Paradise in Redlands, CA is looking for one game guide to join our 12 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged.

MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY, WILL BE WORKING FRIDAYS AND SUNDAYS.

Job Title: Game Guide

Responsibilities

*Stocking and or cashiering *Greet customers as they enter and thanking them as they leave *Assisting with questions via telephone and discord *Building community through engagement and customer needs and suggesting products *Receiving orders and breaking down boxes as well as maintaining store/bathroom/stock room cleanliness *Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

*Knowledge of various table top games *1 Year retail experience *Must be a problem solver and be able to think on your feet *Strong communication skills *Preferred open availability - MUST be able to work weekends *Maintain prompt and regular attendance as set by the store *Perform work in accordance with the physical requirements i.e standing/walking through shift, lifting boxes, going up and down stairs with product

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.50 - $16.00/hour.
