We are looking for a Retail Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be friendly and outgoing, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle a variety of tasks. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, providing product information, and helping customers make purchases. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment and ensuring that all customers receive prompt and courteous service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Answer customer questions about merchandise and advise customers on merchandise selection.
• Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
• Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment.
• Maintain records related to sales.
• Keep informed of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
