We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Digital Marketing Manager within the Retail Omnichannel Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing ecommerce programs to optimize the digital shelf and drive increased conversion for our key strategic retailers. You will partner with our retail channel teams to unlock ecommerce growth opportunities, and with our data analytics team to drive improved business performance.
WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO
CONTENT
- Lead annual reseller(s) digital content strategy, planning, and execution, including imagery, video, A+ content, and brand store
- Develop, maintain, and communicate annual reseller content and activation calendar for reseller(s) campaigns across reseller digital touchpoints
- Ensure high-quality and on-time new product launch content including PDP + QR code content creation, content upload, & sku set-up
- Provide input and feedback to internal +/or external creative agency to develop reseller content brief, best-in-class creative, and ongoing content optimization
- Ensure collaboration with Bose.xx content and experience teams to provide a seamless Bose in-market experience and growth opportunities
- Ensure keywords are incorporated into copy to drive increased visibility
DIGITAL MERCHANDISING
- Develop digital merchandising strategies and plans that lead to increased traffic, digital shelf visibility, consideration, and conversion
- Responsible for managing and executing activities required to launch, maintain, and optimize Bose product catalog performance
- Optimize Reseller digital shopper journey (by category) including shopper navigation, experiences, personalization + loyalty, cross-selling, comparison, etc.
- Lead digital merchandising innovation test and learns and research across touchpoints
DATA + ANALYTICS
- Identify digital growth and shopper opportunities through data and insights
- Utilize past performance, consumer insights and competitive intelligence to ensure strategies deliver maximum return on marketing investment
- Define, monitor, and improve performance and measurement approach of Ecommerce gold-standard visibility and conversion tactics – SEO, Paid Search, Reviews, content health score, PDP, CRM, personalization, loyalty optimization
- Manage effectiveness of content syndication and digital shelf performance tool

YOU HAVE DONE IT BEFORE
5+ years of experience in ecommerce/digital marketing roles.
Proven results in content and merchandising strategy development and execution.
Digital first mindset and proven ability to optimize retail digital and mobile channels.
Experience with ecommerce shopper journey mapping & optimization.
Experience working with content syndication tools and retailer content platforms.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and alongside a sales organization.
You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or business management or similar.
