The Marketing Manager plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day execution of the organization’s marketing efforts for a Class A portfolio of retail properties.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications

· 3+ years B2C retail marketing (must have experinec in the local market)

· Experience with developing marketing campaigns and events

· Familiarity with digital and social media platforms and curating content

· Strong interpersonal, presentation, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe, WordPress and other content management platforms

· Ability to travel to 2 retail properties in the Githersburg area

Key Responsibilities

· Assist with the implementation and execution of the marketing plan for assigned properties designed to drive consumer visitation and sales.

· Create and implement marketing events and programs to ensure highest quality customer experience.

· Management of vendors, tenants, event staff and other contract resources, as needed.

· Assist with implementation and deliverables of alternate revenue program including sponsorships, brand activations and special events.

Develop and manage digital and social media content in conjunction with digital strategy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
