This role requires that you create a personalized, engaging and memorable shopping experience for the client, offering product knowledge and skills, and creating a solid foundation with clients.

The ideal candidate can/has/is:

• A self-started who can take initiative and be self-sufficient when downtime occurs.
• Can create and maintain relationships with customers as to build their clientele list and create a loyal customer base.
• Is goal-oriented, when personal sales goals are met there is opportunity for raises.
• Takes ownership of tasks and area as their own business.
• Is open to learn basic everyday tasks such as, but is not limited to, opening/closing registers, greeting customers when they enter the department, maintaining cleanliness of area, being a personal shopper to customers, styling customers, preventing theft, merchandising, etc.
• Can speak to our merchandise, maintain sales goals, as well as speak to our store credit options.
• Go through training.
• Dresses professionally, follow our dress code.
• A level of professionalism is required for self, coworkers and customers.
• Able to provide a great customer experience by servicing the customer and listening to their needs for coming in store.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
