Club Sportswear, Inc. dba KaiAloha Supply is a fast growing clothing company that has several retail stores in Maui and Oahu, Hawaii. Although KaiAloha Supply was established in December 2020, the company is a division of Club Sportswear, Inc. which has been in apparel and retail since 1984. There are 5 brick and mortar locations throughout Maui and Oahu.

The Position:
The Retail Store Associate will be based in Lahaina, Hawaii. Strong desire to learn, enjoys talking with customers and sharing passion about Maui and the ocean. We are looking for full-time or part-time employees. Club Sportswear, Inc., dba KaiAloha Supply offers medical, dental and vision benefits, as well as an employee discount.

Requirements:

• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, associates and management in person and over the phone
• Ability to read, write and interpret instructional documents such as: safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals.
• Mathematical Skills: Basic math functions including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
• Must be able to make monetary change
• Ability to multi-task while remaining attentive to customers and flexible to the needs of the business
• Ability to work as a part of a team
• Take pride in your work
• Ability to be held accountable
• Work Hours: Available to work a variety of hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to bend, twist and lift 20-30 pounds
• Must be able to stand for 6 to 8 hours

Responsibilities:

• Greet all customers with Aloha, treat all associates and customers with respect
• Ability to handle multiple customers at one time
• Unload and process shipments in a timely manner
• Maintain stock levels throughout all areas of the store. This includes new and transferred merchandise
• Answer questions about merchandise
• Lead customers to appropriate products, provide alternative options and share special features
• Resolve customer concerns, involving management when appropriate
• Perform sales support functions related to POS procedures
• Handle returns courteously and professionally
• Contribute to the achievement of store sales goals
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures set forth by KaiAloha Supply
• Understand and adhere to all loss prevention policies and procedures to reduce shortage

Experience:
Retail, hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Pay:
From $16.00-$18.00/hr plus monthly bonuses and clothing discounts.

Lahaina, HI 96761: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
