Education:

• A Doctor of Pharmacy.

Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in the following:

• The retail pharmacy setting.
• Medication therapy management (MTM).
• PioneerRx and/or MatchRx computer software.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications according to the prescription from doctors, etc.
• Maintain a current knowledge of all medications.
• Maintain a current knowledge of pharmacy legal issues.
• Communicate with pharmacy staff about matters concerning drug usage, drug interactions, and refunds.
• Sell non-prescription drugs according to company policy and multi-state board of pharmacy regulations.
• Operate the cash register and other cash handling devices as needed.
• Help perform drug testing.
• Willingness to travel (as needed) to our Bedford location (travel compensation will be provided.)

Proficiency in any of the following languages is encouraged, but not required:

Spanish

Vietnamese

Hindi

Gujarati

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
