La Providencia® with 18 years in business in the wholesale industry is looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and gentle person who is willing to lead a very unique retail store. La Providencia® store serves wholesale and retail customers from 7 east coast states, our customers drive for hours to live the experience to shop in our beautiful and very authentic store. The store manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the store; ordering, hiring, training employees and managing employee performance.

Bilingual 100% English -Spanish

Team Leader Skills

Excellence in Customer Service

3 to 5 years retail leadership experience as a Store Manager

Proven ability to manage, develop and motivate a team

Previous volume responsibility of $3 million or more

***Responsibilities***

Assist Accountable for Merchandising, Operations, Customer Service and Human Resources within a high volume store location

Ensure every customer has a positive shopping experience

Develop creative plans and promotions to increase store sales

Manage store expense control and payroll to optimize business

Focus staff on Loss Prevention priorities and excellence in customer service

Recruit, train, develop and manage a team of Associates and Assistant Managers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,330.00 - $61,478.00 per year
