Vapor Lounge is looking for a results driven Store Manager to plan and direct the day-to-day operations of the store. The successful candidate will meet sales goals, enhance customer satisfaction and effectively lead a sales team.

Duties & Responsibilities of a Store Manager:

• Communicates and achieves sales goals through motivating, training, and mentoring sales staff. Proposes and implements innovative ideas to increase store traffic and customer loyalty.
• Drives a culture of customer service excellence ensuring the needs of the customer are met and any concerns are resolved. Actively collects feedback and encourages online reviews. Develops the store schedule to provide optimum service levels.
• Manages store inventory, product placement and display of merchandise. Mitigates shrink and prevents losses. Provides feedback on buying trends and customer requests.
• Ensures compliance with all operational policies and procedures (cash handling, returns, discounts, etc.). Responsible for store cash and banking deposits.
• Hires, trains, develops, and supervises team members. Manages performance through effective coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Ensures the store is always clean and presentable (Grand Open Ready).

Successful candidates will bring the following experience and skills to our team:

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Education
• A minimum of three (3) years of retail management experience.
• Experience and/or usage of vapor products preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Demonstrated ability to hire, develop and manage a team.
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively manage difficult conversations and/or situations.
• Math skills sufficient to complete orders, calculate inventory and manage cash.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
