firstPRO is looking to fill a Retail Support Analyst position with a client of ours in the manufacturing space. The Retail Support Analyst is responsible for bringing technical expertise with the ability to plan and execute the implementation of hardware and software configurations. The candidate needs to be good at troubleshooting specific to Networking and related connectivity issues. DTD work may involve triaging chip readers, or issues with connectivity between a system and a POS device or Pin Pad. The candidate could be doing phone support or onsite support depending upon location. Logistically this is a hybrid contract to hire position with the office being located in Hammonton NJ. Desired Qualifications – Retail Support Analyst

• 3+ Years of experience in information technology and with POS devices
• Experience with POS/Pin Pads/Credit Card systems required
• Support with PC rollouts, Ricoh Printers, routers, switches, and wiring experience required
• Installed/configured switches
• Configured ports.
• Toned out network cables.
• Configured devices with IP addresses or for DHCP.
• Troubleshot network issues (can’t ping, duplicate IPs, bad ports) – and be able to explain how they did it.
• Configured printers with IP or DHCP.
• Troubleshot printer issues – and how they did it, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
