Who We Are:
6 Medical Surgical Unit is a 57 bed unit, it is the largest unit at Mercy Hospital. Being a part of the Med/Surg team, you will work with a variety of diagnosis as well as using your nursing skills on a daily basis. You will see NG tubes, corpaks, CBI, chest tubes, PD exchanges, traches, colostomy's, wound vacs, central lines, and foleys. We work in collaboration with the whole care team to help patients recover and be able to return home or to a nursing facility.
We are looking for compassionate and hardworking health care workers that are interested in being a part of great team.

Qualifications:
- Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- Preferred Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- License: Current RN license in our state or meets the criteria to be eligible for licensure in state of Missouri; RN licensure completed by end of fellowship program
- Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
