We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Orthopedic practice, where you will get to work alongside some of the top ranked Physicians in the country!

Location: Yorktown Heights, NY

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00/ hour

Responsibilities:

• Assist doctors in providing care for musculoskeletal problems
• Monitor patients' vital signs
• Help treat injuries with wound dressings or castings
• Get a patient on a pain management schedule and assist in administering pain medications and monitoring for reactions and allergies
• Educate patients on how to safely recuperate from surgery or injuries at home
• Help patients improve strength and mobility following the correction of a musculoskeletal issue
• Work side by side with the Physicians
• Assist with setting broken bones, casting, as well as wound care and suture removal
• Documenting via NextGen EHR
• Taking patients vitals (blood pressure, weight, height)
• Patients vary in age but typical patients that come in our doors are adults

- NYS RN License required

- CPR/BLS certified or willing to do so within 120 days of employment

- ASN: Required, BSN: Preferred
