Crestwood Manor in Whiting NJ is seeking a Quality Assurance Nurse, Part Time to join our team.
In this role, the Quality Assurance Nurse manages Compliance with chart audits, QAPI and Incident Reports.
- Follows all applicable federal and state regulations, including HIPAA, compliance and employment regulations.
- Assists with investigations and chart reviews as requested.
- Assist with mock surveys and other audits
- Reviews Risk Watch documentation in assigned community monitoring for quality of documentation, conclusions, and care planning that reflects risk reduction.
- Audit results are reported to the RN Consultant who covers the community along with concerns and recommendations for improvement.
- Reviews SNF residents discharge orders and care summary documentation on assigned community assuring that the discharge plan is comprehensive and includes all follow up care.
Education/Experience: NJ RN Nursing License. Experience in a similar role preferred.
