Your Role

Manage the daily operation. Provide assistance and guidance to all that need it. Correct and alert potential or actual problems to Senior Management. Manage SCS internal departments as assigned. This role is budgeted for $74- 100K a year based on experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Contribute and develop new procedures that increase efficiencies and achieve a high standard of performance from the staff
  • Communicate with customers and Quick Team regarding problems
  • Manage some financial aspects of the business
  • Monitor QuickTrack and action problem jobs accordingly
  • Work with Quick/Sterling corporate team to achieve improved results
  • Will work flexible schedule (extended hours or evenings, weekends and holidays as required)
  • Report to Vice President of Operations

Your Skills and Experiences

  • 3+ years of Road logistics management experience
  • 6+ months of Air logistics experience
  • Experience with international & domestic airline routings, geography & time zones.
